Welcome to July MOTS! This month we can officially say goodbye to the last financial year, race to get our tax refunds and then think of the many ways to spend the cold hard cash (locally of course) - like the Cronulla Winter Markets! If you haven't been before, you really need to mark this one in your calendars. A great event for the whole family to enjoy with a variety of stalls and tonnes of food (and bevies for the adults too), rides, live entertainment, music, plaster craft and lots of activities.

This month we're also bringing you the hottest tips in property styling and real estate, a free webinar on choosing a local childcare, options for your daughters high school education and exciting job opportunities to work with us and be part of the MOTS team!

Our dear MOTS, some of you may already know that our Instagram page was recently taken over by scammers and subsequently shut down.
